Delivery Timeframes

Ablaze prides itself on a quick turnaround of delivery once your order has been received.

We provide a same day delivery service for all orders received before midday from Island Bay to Pukerua Bay and up to Upper Hutt.

The only exceptions are public holidays or if our drivers are unable to work under Covid-19 levels and/or associated Covid-19 health issues.

Please contact us if you live outside of the above areas as different delivery timeframes may apply.

Delivery Instructions

Our website allows you to specify instructions for your delivery so please ensure these instructions are clearly worded, as we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries where our drivers are unable to follow or interpret these instructions.

Drivers

Ablaze employs professionally trained drivers who know the Wellington region well and will do everything they can possible to ensure your delivery is correct, on time and at the correct location.

Occasionally, things can go wrong so if you have any concerns about your delivery please contact us on 04 232 2288, Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm, Saturdays 7.30am-4pm, Sundays and public holidays 9am-3pm.
